Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other cities & remote areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation.
  • Promotional free-shipping offers may apply during special campaigns.

Courier Services

  • We work with trusted local courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Returns are only accepted if:
  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery
  • An incorrect item was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained.

Refunds

  • Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed in the form of:
  • Store credit or
  • Bank transfer (depending on the case)
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes

  • Shades, textures, or consistency may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, or natural ingredients. These variations are not considered defects.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
